Payment
Payment is required before or during your session by e- transfer, debit or credit. Once payment has been received, you will be given an official receipt that you may submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. Please refer to your individual insurance plan to confirm your coverage for Registered Psychotherapy.
Please note, all clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to be charged in the event of late cancellations, no shows or delayed payment without notice or response.

Standard session time. Offered virtually, using the JaneApp video platform, or over telephone.

CLINICAL ASSESSMENT
Career Assessment Inventory: 370-item assessment that compares an your occupational interests to 100+ careers.
16-Factor Personality Questionnaire: 185- multiple choice personality assessment evalutaing 16 personality factors. Optional upon intake.
$50 for Test Administration
*This price does not include mandatory test interpretation, completed during therapy session.
Letters Of Support
During service, you may require a workplace or academic support letter. Eligibility subject to provider discretion.

We are proud to announce that we now offer direct billing to participating Canadian insurers.
Direct billing ensures you can attend therapy without worrying about being directly charged or navigating your insurers portal. We can use this to help inform your therapy plan.

Reduced Rate Sliding Scale Eligibility
Serving all clients and providing equitable access to service is important to us. With a sliding fee scale, the cost of therapy is adjusted based on the client’s income and ability to pay. You may be eligible for a reduced rate if you meet the following requirements:
Your annual income is less than $40, 000 CAD per year if single with no dependents.
Your annual income is less than $45, 000 CAD per year with a dependent.
You are on short-term or long-term leave from work, unemployed, or between employment.
You are a student or are retired, whose annual income is less than $30, 000 CAD with no dependents.
You are a student or are retired, whose annual income is less than $35, 000 CAD with dependents.
