Our Therapy Process
Our Emphasis on the Client-Clinician Relationship
FEEDBACK INFORMED TREATMENT (FIT)
We emphasize the client-clinician relationship by using the ORS (Outcome Rating Scale) at the beginning of each session to keep track of therapy progress, and the SRS (Session Rating Scale) to ensure alignment during the therapy session.
These scales allow the therapist the opportunity to get in-depth feedback about our sessions, what was helpful and what could have been different so that adjustments can be made quickly and efficiently.
COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
We work with your individual and unique needs to find therapeutic approaches that support you in meaningful ways.
CO-CREATION OF EXPERIENCE
We centre creating a shared narrative with clients, where the therapist can walk alongside and guide your healing journey.
CNIP ASSESSMENT FOR THERAPY PREFERENCES
Completed at intake, this short survey aims to serve as a reference point for both the therapist and the client, informing the client’s preferences for therapy. Want your therapist to challenge you and be direct? No problem! Looking for more of a soft and gentle, exploratory approach? We are here to help.
Whatever your therapy preference is, we can tailor our sessions to suit your needs, and always work together to ensure that you are getting the most out of your sessions.
